  • Detention is with Mr. Raleigh today.

  • FCCLA is collecting items for care packages to send to Greg Chillion and the men and women serving alongside him.  Please see posters hung throughout the building for more information. If you would like to donate items - please take them to Miss Geisendorfer's room.

  • School will be in session March 29th at Lewis County C-1.  These are two of the scheduled make-up days for inclement weather.

  • The City of LaBelle will be hosting a mock tornado scenario in May.  Any students wishing to help with this drill by playing possible victims should contact Amy Turpin at 660-216-0127.

  • MLD Faith Academy June 7th -9th @ Culver Stockton. Forms are in the office.

  • Yearbooks on sale now! See a yearbook student or Mrs. Murphy to purchase yours.  $50 or $55 for personalization.


  • The bus for varsity track leaves at 1:30pm today.

  • SENIORS:  Limited senior ad space remains available in the yearbook.  See Mrs. Murphy today with money to reserve your spot.  Price:  $60 ¼ page, $120 ½ page, $240 1 page.

  • SENIORS:  Turn in pictures to Olivia Carter. They do not have to be school related, just appropriate for senior graduation video. 

  • There will be an information meeting after school on Monday 3/26 at the elementary building until 4:30 for anyone that is interested in cheerleading tryouts.

  • Mr. Miller is now taking applications for part-time summer help. Applications may be picked up in Central Office and must be turned in no later than Apr. 3rd. You must be at least 16 years old to apply.

  • Juniors: If you are interested in being a class officer, please come to Mrs. Berhorst's Room and pick up an application. 

  • Any freshman that want pictures in the freshman gallery please send them to Rebecca Darnell.

  • Grades 10-12 can attend a CSI Crime Scene Investigation at Western Illinois University June 24-28 - only 30 students may enroll - cost is $395 - regsiter before March 15 and receive a 10% early bird discount - see Mrs. Adam for more details.

  • Seniors interested in a summer job at Magellan Pipeline in Palmyra – see Mrs. Adam. Must be enrolled in college/tech school in Fall to apply.  This starts right after graduation and will end before you go to school in August.  Full time summer pay is $12.25 per hour – see Mrs. Adam for details and application – I must have to Magellan by March 28th.

  • The Office of Admission at CMU invites your students to attend our Allied Health Day on Monday, April 9. On this day they will have the opportunity to see hands-on observations in the areas of Athletic Training, Nursing, Physical Therapy Assistant, and Occupational Therapy Assistant. During this event they will also learn more about the Allied Health programs, tour the facilities and speak with faculty in their chosen field.
    Registration for the day will begin at 
    10:00 a.m. on the 4th floor of the Inman Student and Community Center.

  • JWCC encourages juniors to attend Trailblazer visit day as well as seniors who are still looking for a college to call home.  High school juniors and seniors will explore careers, meet faculty and have interactive activities with JWCC Student Life

  • Trailblazer day is March 22nd begins at 5:30 P.M. Tours of the campus, along with career exploratory discussions will be offered.  A meal will be provided as well.  No registration is required. 

  • Sophomores:  Sign up today for the Hannibal Vocational tour on Friday, March 23rd - I left off graphic design and computer programming so if you want to visit one of those areas - please change what you signed up for - I need everyone signed up by tomorrow morning at 8:30 - by touring it does not mean you have to go but if you would like to see the programs it is good for you to go!
