  • Square 1 (one) paper copy orders must be turned in to Mrs. Mann or Mrs. Gray by Monday!

  • Congratulations to Zayne Gaus (who received 2 honorable mentions), Erin Peters and Olivia Wenneker who also received honorable mention at the Culver Art Day

  • If you have any headphones from the library, please return them. We need to check them to make sure they are working correctly for testing time. We used to have plenty for all the library pcs and are down to 29. This will also give us enough to time to purchase more if needed.

  • Congratulations to Justin Plant for receiving a gold medal and Ethan Wright for receiving a bronze medal at the Special Olympics this weekend.


  • After Prom T-shirts on sale from Monday, March 27 till Friday, March 31.  Cost is $12 and YOU MUST PAY IN ADVANCE for your shirt.  There will not be any extras ordered!  Order forms will be in the office.

  • MLD Faith Academy July 20th-22nd @ Culver Stockton College, cost $80. Form are available in the office.

  • High School Students:  Please create one Google slide about a staff member you feel should be recognized at our staff banquet.  This can be a teacher, para, cook, secretary, bus driver, janitor, or volunteer.  Please share this slide with Mrs.Hinton  thinton@lewis.k12.mo.us

  • Prom Tickets are on sale.  Tickets are available to purchase in the office until March 30th for $60.00.

  • Quincy University Dog Days - April 10th at 9:00 - visit the Legal Studies and Communication Open House - it is an educational & interactive skills exhibition for those interested in learning about the region's skilled K-9 units. 

  • Quincy University Sign Language Interpretation Degree Program Day - April 1st - 3-6 p.m. - Grades 3-adult - play games, food, and learn American Sign Language

  • The University of Missouri School of Medicine would like to extend an invitation for your rising juniors and seniors to participate in Mizzou MedPrep: Medical Explorations workshop. The workshop is a 2-week online course and one-day visit to MU’s campus. The students will explore careers in healthcare, enhance self-awareness through personality assessment, and connect with peers, students, staff and faculty in healthcare.   • We are hosting our annual Trulaske Business Academy this year on July 23-29th!  Rising 10th, 11th, and 12th grade minority students with at least a 3.0 GPA are eligible to apply for the program. Applications are available now and students will be notified of their admission in May. Students will need to complete an essay and submit an official high school transcript as part of their application. All students selected to participate in the Trulaske Business Academy are awarded a scholarship to cover the cost of the general cost of the program (i.e. meals, lodging, activities).  Applications are due Friday, April 7th by 5:00pm.   • Juniors who are currently attending Hannibal - please stop by the Guidance Office to pick up an application for your senior year.

  • Music Auditions and Visual Arts Portfolio Reviews for JWCC Scholarships Set for April 7.

    John Wood Community College’s Fine Arts Department will hold auditions for music scholarships and portfolio reviews for visual arts scholarships on Friday, April 7.  See Mrs. Adam for more details

  • If you are interested in MACC Vocal Scholarships - see Mrs. Adam for details - auditions are April 6 and 11th - need packet of information in order to audition.

  • State Technical College of Missouri in will be having an Open House on March 25 from 8-1 for interested students - see poster outside Guidance Office - they are also hosting a Dyno Day - on March 25th from 8-4 - poster outside Guidance Office as well.
