As a reminder, before the start of the 2020-2021 school year, students must have all required vaccines. The Lewis County Health Department will be at Highland High on March 20, 2020 to administer required immunizations to incoming 8th grade and 12th grade students with returned signed consent. All incoming 8th grade must have the required dose of TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) and MCV (Meningococcal) vaccines. All incoming 12th grade students must have the required dose of MCV (Meningococcal) vaccine. Please refer to 2020-2021 Immunization Requirements for specific guidelines. If you would like for your student to receive the required immunization, please complete, sign and return the Immunization consent form to the HHS office no later than March 6, 2020.
