They all agreed the arugula was way too spicy, but everyone did try it. Tomato and flower seeds have been planted in the rock wool cubes and will be transferred to the tower when they reach 2-3 inches.

No medals were brought home from the huge meet; there were 30 teams registered with over 140 girls racing and over 180 in the boy’s race. Girls finished in 16th place and Boys finished in 20th. Mrs. Seals’ class has the tower garden assembled. Students planted the seeds on Thursday. They practiced following step-by-step directions and counting. They are also now in the process of learning patience. The seedlings have to be 2-3 inches before they are transferred to the tower.
