Thanks to some concerned citizens who raised money and sought approval, the gravel roads behind the LCC1 school buildings will be treated with Calcium Chloride in the next couple of days depending on weather. This is to control the dust and make for safer travel. #CougarPride

The Highland Varsity Cheerleaders and the Lewis County Youth Cheerleaders have been joining forces the last couple of weeks! The varsity squad cheered on the LC youth squad at their first home game and held a joined practice to prep for this Friday's Game. The LC Youth Squad will join the Varsity Squad during the 1st quarter of the varsity game vs Clark Co starting at 7pm! Please come to cheer them on!

Congratulations to the Highland Cross Country runners who competed at the Palmyra Invitational this morning. All three Cougars who competed came away with medals. Ethan Clow (17th - 20:21) and Nathan Caudill (20th - 20:49) medaled in the Varsity Boys 3.1 mile race, while A.J. Caudill (8th - 12:12) medaled in the JH Girls 1.5 mile race!
