On Wednesday, September 17th, interested 9-12 grade students from LCC-1 attended the Build My Future event in Macon, MO. Highland's group represented the largest student group with more than 90 students in attendance! The students got to spend a day exploring various aspects in construction industry through an interactive showcase. Our hope is that the students gained insight into some of the career paths that might interest them.

Hey Cougar Nation,
Let’s come together to support our neighbor, Palmyra HS student JT Thomas, who recently suffered a severe injury last Friday.
On Thursday, September 18, students are invited to wear hats for a minimum $1 donation. Donations will be collected in the school offices.
There will also be a collection bucket at the concession stand during Friday’s Homecoming football game vs. Palmyra for anyone who would like to contribute. A portion of the gate entry fee will also be donated to the fundraiser.
Let’s show our support and help lift up a neighbor in need.
