After school weight lifting is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays until 4:30 for those not in a spring sport. To participate, students MUST wear appropriate gym clothing. Jeans and flip flops ARE NOT acceptable. Students will be asked to change or leave the weight room.

The Music Boosters will be holding our Annual 5K on April 24th at 8am starting at Ewing Park. Also, they will be having a Cornhole (10am) and Kick Ball Tournament at 2pm. Sign Up Form is attached. If you are doing the 5K we need your form by April 2nd to guarantee a shirt.
