Friendly reminder that all incoming Kindergarten, 8th grade and 12th grade students must have current required immunizations on file at the school office BEFORE the start of school. Lewis County Health Department is able to assist parents with obtaining required immunizations. Please call LCHD at 573-767-5312 to make an appointment. If your student has received their immunizations elsewhere, a copy of the record can be faxed to the elementary office at 573-209-3370.
