Congratulations to Highland Cross Country's Morgan Keith on earning All-Conference 2nd team honors as a Freshman this year. Morgan completed the 3.1 mile conference race with a time of 23:12. #GoCougars #CougarPride

Highland fourth grader, Quentin Miller, was phenomenal in his performance as Benny in The Boxcar Children at Quincy Community Theater. Several school personnel and students were on hand to watch the curtain call performance on Sunday, October 27th. #GoCougars #CougarPride

Highland History Club Veterans Day Program The Highland High School History Club will be sponsoring the annual Veterans Day Program at the Monticello Court House on Sunday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. The Highland High School History Club built and dedicated the Veterans Memorial in front of the Court House in 1996. This is the 24th anniversary. The American Legion Post #578 will be presenting colors. Highland High School History Club President Cosea Cisco will give a speech. Guest speaker will be Greg Sharpe who is a member of Missouri House of Representative District # 4.

Tomorrow night Highland Junior High basketball will travel to North Shelby. 7th grade girls will play at 6pm followed by the 8th grade boys. There will be no 8th grade girls game nor a 7th grade boys game due to low numbers at North Shelby.
