Several members of HHS Drama Club had the immense honor of working with Quincy Community Theatre Artistic Director Brandon Thomsen in an engaging and insightful Acting the Song Workshop Wednesday afternoon.
Our actors learned so many immediately useful techniques to act out the stories within their solos for their upcoming spring showcase!
We are so thankful to Mr. Thomsen for taking the time to work with us and for making us stronger actors and storytellers!

Miss. Eisenberg's kindergarten class did lots of fun things for St. Patrick's day! They started the day by working together to complete a STEM challenge of using boxes and loose parts to create a trap that the leprechaun wouldn't be able to escape! They did amazing, but the leprechaun was too quick! Later that day, he made a mess of our room and left them a few gifts, and one was a science experiment! They had "leprechaun rocks" l (gold coins covered in a dried baking soda paste) that they had to drop into the magical solution (vinegar) and out came a shiny gold coin! Lastly, they made a pot of gold St. Patrick's snack!
