April Artists of the Month at HES! These students were responsible, respectful, and safe in the art room, and each day they came in the with a positive attitude and tried their best on what they were working on and that showed in their artwork. Great job!
Highland FBLA attended the State Leadership Conference in Springfield April 16-18. The Digital Video Production team consisting of Ansley, Mikayla and Amaya placed 7th overall. Katy Moyers placed 10th overall in Publication Design. The students also participated in a virtual scavenger hunt while at the conference and placed 4th.

Today, Drama Club is celebrating our lone junior, Ava Scifres! Ava was first seen in an HHS Drama Club show as a fourth grader in Our Town and she hasn’t looked back since! We are so proud of her drive, leadership, and the way she takes such great care of everyone in our cast.
