It's Frog and Toad Friday in the drama department!
Meet cast member Eva Logsdon! Eva is a 7th grader and this is her THIRD production for HHS Drama Club. Eva will be taking on the roles of Squirrel and Young Frog in A Year With Frog and Toad!
It takes a lot of bravery to join a cast of high schoolers as a middle schooler and we are so excited and proud of the work ethic, kindness, and positivity Eva brings to each and every rehearsal!
HHS Drama Club will present A Year With Frog and Toad May 5th-7th at Lewis Street Playhouse in Canton! Tickets go on sale soon! Mark your calendars now!

Varsity Scholar Bowl Wins against Brookfield with the score of 190 - 80!!! #WeareHighland
LCC1 is aware of a bus off the road, but it is not a Highland bus. Just wanted everyone to know that all of our Highland bus riders are safe and we do not have an issue!
Congratulations to Highland FBLA members who placed at the District Leadership Conference on Tuesday in Kirksville. Many of them will represent Highland at the State Leadership Conference April 10-12. Students competed in online test, performance events and skill test.
Highland Elementary Lost and Found Winter Coats! If one of these coats belongs to your child, please either call the school (573) 209-3586, or have your child come to the office to claim it.

5th and 6th graders competed at the Scotland Co. SPRINT scholar bowl tournament. This small team of newbies did a great job playing 6 rounds!

Some false information went out on Twitter stating that the Kirksville girls had forfeited the Championship game of the 2022 Highland Tournament. THERE IS NO TRUTH TO THIS AT ALL. Due to weather and other activities at both schools a date could not be found to play the games.
Unfortunately after much discussion and due to the recent winter weather forcing other games to be cancelled and rescheduled no common dates can be found prior to the end of the season to play the championship games of the 2022 Highland Basketball Tournament. Congratulations to the Kirksville and Macon boys and girls on making it to the championship games. Good luck to both schools the rest of the season.
