Reminder: The JH boys games at Highland tonight vs. South Shelby will start at 5:30pm. The JH Girls games at South Shelby will also start at 5:30pm and the 7th grade girls team will only play 2 quarters due to low numbers at South Shelby. GO COUGARS!!
HHS and HES Drama Club members had SUCH a wonderful time watching Beauty and the Beast at Quincy Community Theatre Sunday afternoon! We are big believers of the idea that watching good theatre makes us better performers and we watched some AMAZING theatre today! 🎭

HES held the PTO Candy Bar Fundraiser Wrap-up today (Friday). Our goal was $8,000 and we are excited that we met that goal with an estimated profit of $18,000. We sold over 650 boxes! Way to go HES students, staff, parents, and community!
TOP SELLERS: 1st Place Alania Hocking 20 boxes, 2nd Place Gunner Ludwig 15 boxes, 3rd Place tie Gage Newberry and Walker Hays 13 boxes.

Congratulations to JH Lady Cougars on winning the championship of the Mark Twain Tournament Thursday night. They play at home Friday against Knox Co.

HES Principal Prize Patrol surprised 4th grader Tuesday Hetheriton with a pizza and snacks for working so hard to be responsible, respectful, and safe during the month of November! We are so proud of Tuesday for always giving her best at HES!


Dani Welte completed mural designed by Regan Smyser and Jaden Washington, interrupted multiple times by covid, it will look great in the science wing

Seventh grade has been learning to knit. They are doing great, pictures of our community blanket will be forthcoming! So proud of these great students, and makers!
