The Highland Cougars will host Clark Co tonight in Class 3 District 6 boys basketball. Tip off is at 6pm. Each participant has been given one unique code that is good for 8 tickets. Tickets must be purchased off of the MSHSAA website and instructions for purchasing tickets were provided to each participant. Clark Co will sit on the side of the gym immediately behind the team benches and Highland fans will occupy the opposite side. Concessions will be available. GO COUGARS!!
The Highland Lady Cougars defeat Mark Twain 39-29 in Class 3 District 6 play. The Lady Cougars will travel to Clark Co on Thursday 2/25/21 to face the Lady Indians in semifinal action. Game time is 6pm GO COUGARS!!

Any high school students interested in playing baseball should contact Coach Thrasher at HHS or Coach Oenning at HES. Practice will be from 6:00 am to 7:30 am Monday, March 1st and from 3:30-5:30 on Monday, March 1st.
Players must have a current physical, completed AR form, and proof of insurance to practice.

This year's Class 3 District 6 Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball Tournaments will be played at the home court of the highest seed playing in the game. The host school will set ticket limits and spectator restrictions based on their county health department guidance. The Highland Lady Cougars will play Tuesday 2/23/21 at Mark Twain at 6pm. There will be no ticket restrictions however masks are mandatory. Admission is $5 and set by MSHSAA.
The Highland Cougars will play at home on Wednesday 2/24/21 at 6pm. More information regarding this game is forthcoming.
At tonight’s JV games vs. Macon we will be conducting a canned food drive for admission. Spectators wishing to enter the game should show their purple tickets supplied by the conference and then make a donation of a non-perishable food item. Monetary Donations also accepted. GO COUGARS!!
