It was a beautiful day for a trap shoot! Memphis and Schuyler hosted a trap shoot this past Saturday (9/7), and several members shot their personal best!

On Fri, Highland defeated St Dominic, 9-1 (Lay with the W and 2 2B's & 3 RBI). Today, the Lady Cougars beat Logan-Rogersville, 12-2 (Winter 2-2, HR, 4RBIs, Crist 2-3, Mathes with the win). In game 2, Highland fell to Troy 6-7 in 8 innings (Rothweiler 2-4, 2 RBIs; Crist 3-4).
At the end of 3, Highland trails Mark Twain 14-26.

Due to adverse weather the Troy Softball Tournament has been cancelled. However, the Lady Cougars will remain in Troy and play Logan-Rogersville at noon tomorrow and Troy at 2pm tomorrow. GO COUGARS!!

Come out and support your Highland Cougar Varsity Football team as they open their season tonight at home vs. Mark Twain. Kickoff is at 7pm!! Parents are reminded to supervise their children throughout the game and not let them run around the athletic complex unsupervised. No fans or spectators will be allowed to play football in the grassy areas around the complex in the interest of everyone's safety. All students are to watch the game from the bleachers or another permitted area. GO COUGARS!!
