Mrs. Johnston's 1st grade class was excited to have FFA members (our cadet teacher) Miss Alainah and Bailey come read to our class! We loved learning about FFA. Thanks to the FFA chapter for providing everyone with goodies to take home- including a book and cool crayon!

The LCC1 Board of Education met last night and approved a calendar revision for the 2023-24 School Year. Thursday, March 28th (the Thursday before Easter) will be used as a required makeup day. This day will be a regular full day schedule.

The Palmyra VFW is hosting a fund raising soup supper at tomorrow's varsity basketball games.
The Varsity basketball games scheduled for tonight at Palmyra have been postponed due to weather. The games will now be played at noon tomorrow 2/17/24. The bus will leave Highland at 1030. GO COUGARS!!
Highland Scholar Bowl Team defeated Clark County last night with a score of 300 - 230 both teams played very well.
