The Varsity Softball Jamboree scheduled for tomorrow 8/22 at Monroe City has been cancelled due to the impending extreme heat. The Lady Cougars will kick off their season at the Troy Tournament on 8/25 vs. North Point. Game time is 3pm. on field 1. GO COUGARS!!

All students enrolled in Mrs. Gray's Computer Concepts class will need a pair of wired ear buds. They are available for purchase in the library for $1.

2023-24 HHS Handbook Reminders
Attention parents: The following are a few reminders for the start of a new school year.
Parents please review the dress code in Highland High School handbook.
Cell phones and earbuds, air pods will not be allowed in classrooms.
Students are not allowed to carry bags of any kind to and from class. All bags, purses and backpacks will need to be stored in lockers throughout the day.
The high school handbook is available at lewis.k12.mo.us. If you have any questions please contact the office.

Here is the link to the Finding Nemo Jr. audition packet for any interested 3rd-8th grader! This packet will also be available at our parent meeting on August 28th and students can pick one up during their music time next week. There is a form in this packet that needs to be filled out and returned in order to schedule your actor's audition.
