Great first week of the basketball season! Congrats to the Cheerleader of the Game (Thursday)- Bri Reed and Cheerleader of the Game (Tuesday) Emily Sparrow. We also loved seeing little ones cheering on the cougars last night!
Do to an official getting sick there has been a schedule change for the JH girls games at South Shelby. The games will now start at 6pm. The 7th grade will be playing 2 quarters starting at 6pm followed by a 8th grade game.
There will be no JV girls basketball game on Tuesday 12/5 at Scotland Co. The boys JV game will be played and will tip off at 6pm. GO COUGARS!!

8th grade Lady Cougars win against Palmyra 29-23 at the Mark Twain tournament. They play for the championship tomorrow night at 6:45. Go Cougars!
The 8th grade Highland Cougars are victorious tonight over Palmyra, 42-23 at the Mark Twain J.H. basketball tournament. The Cougars will play for consolation tomorrow night at 8PM.
Reminder: FREE Spaghetti Supper is tomorrow night (11/30 @ 6pm in the HHS Commons). Our Ag and Business programs will have Poinsettias and Cougar Gear for sale and the basketball games against Liberty will be FREE also. Come learn about all the great things going on at Highland!
