
QMG will be offering free sports physicals today from 5:30 - 8;30pm. Appointments are required 217-222-6550 ext 3282. These will be done at their Hampshire Street Clinic in Quincy. Physicals ARE MANDATORY for any student 7-12 grade participating in athletics or marching band.

Students in grades 9-12: You cannot change course request on your student portal. Those changes will not show on your schedule. Please email Mrs. Adam any changes you might like to make to your classes for this year.

Mrs. Adam sent out an email to all 10th and 11th graders about a new aviation class taught by Mrs. Parrish. Please read your email and respond to the email by Tuesday, July 19 if you would like to take this class.

Please have 9-12 students check emails! Mrs. Adam sent out a new email about Advanced Placement classes to juniors and seniors. She also sent out a reminder about the new Aviation class for seniors. Individual messages are being sent about scheduling as well. The master schedule is close to being finalized.

Those on the school deals with T-Mobile and Mark Twain need to be aware that as of today, the ECF funding supporting our home internet options have ended & the next application has NOT been approved! Services may be shut off or discontinued all together in the next few days!!

Advance Physical Therapy will be hosting a free SPORTS and ACTIVITIES physical clinic on July 19, 2022 from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at Advance Physical Therapy at 4800 Maine St in Quincy, IL. Appointments are required 217-222-6800. All those intending to participate in junior high or high school sports and/or marching band are required to have a current physical prior to being able to participate in practice or contests.

High School Band Camp will be held August 8 - 12 and August 15 - 16, 2022 from 10:30am - 2:30pm. Camp will begin in the band room each day. Starting with the 2022-23 school year all those students participating in marching band will be REQUIRED to have a pre-participation physical prior to being allowed to participate in marching band and band camp.

A corrected Summer Journey gift card update will be coming home soon with students enrolled in summer school. The original paper had the incorrect number of hours in the school day. The final day of summer school is June 30, and it is a full day.
