Also, huge shout out to our community support! Pretty sure we had the largest & loudest group!! Our kids were courteous and respectful & our parents were incredibly awesome (Goehl’s even washed uniforms last night!) —to say I am proud is an understatement! #CougarPride!!
Highland was represented very well by our Track and Field teams at the State Championships this weekend! Boys appear to have finished 5th as a team, just narrowly missing the podium as a team. Congratulations to our coaches and athletes for an awesome season!
Congratulations to Drew Mallett for earning another All-State medal by finishing 2nd in the Class 2 State 200m dash! Drew’s performance moves Highland up to 4th place as a team after 17 of 19 events!
After 14 of 19 events, the Highland Boys currently sit in 5th place as a team. Still a couple more events for us to compete in — Let’s #GoCougars!

Class 2 State Track Meet has been delayed again. Gates do not open until noon and no events prior to 1. GO COUGARS!!
Due to the current weather conditions day 2 of the Class 2 State Track meet has been delayed. Gates will not open until 10am and no events will start prior to 11am. An updated schedule can be found at www.MSHSAA.org. Any new developments will be relayed as we receive them.
