
Unfortunately after much discussion and due to the recent winter weather forcing other games to be cancelled and rescheduled no common dates can be found prior to the end of the season to play the championship games of the 2022 Highland Basketball Tournament. Congratulations to the Kirksville and Macon boys and girls on making it to the championship games. Good luck to both schools the rest of the season.

JV Boys Basketball will travel to Knox Co tonight to compete in the first round of the Knox Co JV Basketball Tournament. Tipoff at 7:15pm in the High School Gym. GO COUGARS!!

Highland Schools will be in session tomorrow. Buses will be running on a modified hard surfaces route. Drivers should have contacted those with alternate pickup locations/times. Roads are mostly fine, but some gravel turn arounds will not be possible.

Members of HHS and HES Drama Clubs had the opportunity to watch Quincy Community Theatre’s INCREDIBLE production of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown with 6th grader Quinton Miller as Linus Van Pelt!
We were so proud to watch Quinton do what he loves so amazingly well on stage! Bravo, Quinton!

The Varsity Basketball games scheduled for tonight (2/4/22) vs. Centralia have been cancelled due to the current road conditions. The games have been rescheduled for Thursday Feb 10 at Highland. Girls will tip off at 6 followed by the boys. GO COUGARS!!
